Kiama Ocean Pool

Octopuses are my absolute favorite animal- their intelligence, curiosity and mysterious beauty always captivate me. Drawing them, however can be tough! I always put so much pressure on myself to get every detail just right, but it’s all worth it when i see the final piece. I was once lucky enough to see an octopus hanging out at Kiama Ocean Pool and that friendly little guy is the inspiration for this illustration.
